Ravna intended to hit the hobgoblin with her bomb - just wanted to make sure that came across in the flavor text. Also I forgot to do splash damage. Going to try to update that before too long.

You mentioned the hobgoblin. I factored the splash damage for the other two as well. You can ignore up to you INT with Precise Bombs? Also, Point Blank Shot works with bombs I believe, the primary target. Did you count that?

Ah thanks!
Yes, I can exclude my INT mod with Precise Bombs, and yes, I forgot to add the +1 damage for PBS.

Not sure if you want to alter your post (not really necessary) or if you're keeping track of hp elsewhere as well, but Darvan would use his deflect arrows feat to avoid the damage from that bolt.

Forgive me, Master, but there are so many +1s...
I edited Ravan's bomb attack damage. Her bonus was 6 instead of 4, for a total of 11 damage. Just FYI.

My record of the goblin's health relfects that now.
I have not been tracking PC health. Ideally you guys will do that on your character's sheets.

Master, if I were to distract the enemy, say with ventriloquism or ghost sound, would that actually do anything to them battle-wise? Or would I just be wasting a spell?

It would most likely be a waste of a spell. Without specifics, I cannot say for certain. A sound by itself would not likely have much impact on people engaged in a fight.
For flavor, you could combine one of those spells with a Feint check, but it would be strictly flavor, no bonus to the check.

If I were to do a Feint check would the bonus only be on my own next attack, or on an attack by anyone in the party?

It would just apply to you.
I am leery about giving extra power to low levels spells. Unless the spell says it does something. I don't mean to discourage creative use of spells, it is more of a balance thing.

In the event my attack kills goblin 1 on the first hit, I would like to instead of shield bashing, move next to Goblin 2.

Kills? Or knocks out?
He is unconscious after the axe blow, The shield bash would finish him.

Knock out. If you are okay with it, I'd just have moved next to Goblin 2 with the KO. I'd have moved to right in front of Goblin 2, and Davros would have received a flanking bonus on his attack. That's all it would change.
If you don't want to retcon back that far, I'm good with just killing him.

You do what you want/would have done. The goblin is alive (barely). He spent his action trying to stabilize. Darvan still misses with the flank. It is Tessa's turn,

Correct me if I am wrong. It doesn't seem right that the critical failure should be a critical threat on Darvan. Even though it was a 20. Doesn't seem fair. Funny as hell. But not fair.
